Otoro Sushi is the best restaurant in Scotts Valley, hands down. I like attending concerts at the Davies Symphony Hall and at the Opera house. Anytime we are back in the area, we will frequent this sushi restaurant again. Nothing comes close. Sushi was fresh, tasty and really nice options. I really enjoy eating at this Japanese Restaurant. A bit more expensive than other places, but so worth it. Shaved ice with milk, seasonal fruits and red bean paste. Everything super fresh, delicious! Prices are decent and reasonable.
